At Seasonset, we strive to ensure that your local orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after items are processed, while South Island orders typically take 2-3 days. For international shipping, delivery times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that any additional fees or taxes incurred during international shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, but we will do our best to assist our international customers in avoiding these fees.

Risk of loss/Damaged goods

We take responsibility for investigating the risk of loss and title of any item purchased from Seasonset. If we determine that it is appropriate, we will credit your account with your previous purchase amount. If any goods are damaged during transportation, the customer may receive a partial or full refund, depending case by case basis.



At Seasonsetstore, all sales are considered final unless unforeseen circumstances arise that justify a refund. Purchasing the wrong size is not a valid reason for a refund or exchange.
