Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee guarantees coverage in the following scenarios:

- You receive an item that is deemed inauthentic after being verified by our expert team;
- You receive an item that is incorrect;
- You receive an item that does not match the item description or images;

If you encounter any of these issues with your purchase, please notify us through our contact center or by submitting a request within three days of receiving your item. Our team will assist you in resolving the problem, and if applicable, provide you with a shipping label to return the item to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, you will receive a refund in the form of Seasonset Credit or to your original payment method upon request.

If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, you can check the "Orders" tab in your Profile to track your shipment. If you haven't received your order within a reasonable time frame, please contact us through our Seasonset Assist feature or by submitting a request for assistance. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
